Bike (spin bike) 1:00:00 [4]
ahr:149 max:170

Spin bike on my own at the gym. Tried to emulate the RPM classes and based on the AHR and max, was reasonably successful.

Run (treadmill) 20:00 [3]
ahr:134 max:148

Treadmill jog -- low end of the "3" intensity.

Strength 15:00 [3]
ahr:140 max:161

Jump rope intervals followed by pushups and hip adduction/abduction w/ black band. Getting a few anxious looks because of gym closing time!

Krav Maga 1:00:00 [3]

Hubby rolled up from his morning Mo. river fishing trip with over 100 pounds of catfish including a 72 pound blue. Lunker! My soon to be sis-in-law requested his famous catfish nuggets for their upcoming rehearsal dinner so by golly, he's going to deliver!

But I digress...scampered off to the KM studio for some technique practice.

Krav Maga 2:00:00 [3]

Mega martial arts week! 2 classes: heavy bag and sparring. Punches are definitely coming along. Lots of jump rope in heavy bag class so that of course made me happy. Arms pretty toasted at end of sparring class.

Taekwondo w/ the kiddos - nearly qualified as a 3 because of all the pushups. We were invited guests in a friend's class. Kiddos had a good time but weren't asking to sign up for regular lessons at the end. Oh well.
