Downhill in my yard. Yes! One of the nice things about acreage. Fished my old (but still in very nice shape) ski stuff from the barn rafters and gave it a go while kiddos were sledding. Not Arapahoe Basin but still fun in its own goofy way. 3 intensity because each 10 sec. (max) down was followed by a boot clomping/gear lugging up.

Skating w/ the fam @ Hardee's Iceplex. WAY fewer people than Lindenwood. Good times playing 'pretend goalie'. Logging half time.
Heavy bag plus KM classes. HB class 4+ intensity. 2x 1 min. sets of push-punches about did me in (gloves on, pushup from knuckles w/ bag in front of head, halfway up raise one hand to punch bag, alternate punching arms, try not to let the bag whack you when it swings back). Resorted to PU from knees near end. Plus several sets of 1 min. swinging singles (big hops on one leg while throwing punch combos @ the bag). Sounds (and looks) silly but kills the hop leg by the end.

Trash/recycle hauling run. Haul bin, run back, repeat, run a little extra. Not sure I know anyone that has to haul their trash cans over a half mile round trip. That's Defiance!
