shoes: Hoka One One Kailua Trail
Since it was late anyway and I was revved-up, decided to cut over from KM gym to regular gym.
Treadmill run WU, 10 min.
Gloves on then 3 sets of:
- 4 min heavy bag free work (punch combos, level changes, round/teep kicks, elbows)
- 15 air squat
- 10 tuck jump
- 15 burpee
100 reps box, 30 sec rest x2 owww
Gloves off then 2 sets of:
- 2 min jump rope w/ some DUs
- hip adduction/abduction w/ black band
- 12 pushups
- step ups (18") w/ 15# DBs
2 min plank
10 min treadmill run
