Hiking w/ fam @ Wakulla Springs S.P. through beautiful lush forest. Logging half time.

Swimming against current plus treading water @ spring swimming area. 68 degree spring water was chilly but amazing on this 100 degree day. Water crystal clear. PLUS...manatee sightings!! Never saw any during all my college years in FL so pretty exciting.

Treading water in hotel pool. Continuous 30 sec. arms only/legs only intervals the entire time which I thought was pretty hard.

Hiking w/ fam @ Falling Waters S.P. 75' cylindrical sinkhole w/ Florida's tallest waterfall. Neato. Logging half time.

Bodyboarding @ Henderson beach S.P. Wasn't sure if I should even log this, but with all the prone paddling and kicking, it seemed legit. Logging half time. Waves were pretty respectable for the gulf - 2-3'. Kiddos really dug it too and handled their first time in the ocean well. Beach and water were gor-jus!

Evening hotel sessions continue...treadmill run w/ lots of speed/incline variations. Also some fast walk @ 12% incline followed by run intervals.

- pushups 15x3
- plank routine 3:30

- ball slams (8# - heaviest they had which was pretty lame) 30x3
- plank routine for 4 min.
- pushups 12x2
- mtn. climbers w/ gliding discs 60x2
- squat/shoulder press w/ 15# dbs 12x2
- 10 min on elliptical
