- 12 pushups x4
- 60 sec. plank x3
- hip adduction/abduction
- jump rope intervals (1-2 min) between each set

Computrainer interval session @ SwimBikeRun. Been wanting to try this for a while so finally did. This is the first time I have ever dealt w/ power - was cool to see wattage and other stats. Tough, but probably could have dealt w/ a little greater intensity - will adjust calibration next time. Very friendly tri folks. Bonus: fam was just stirring when I got back so it was practically like I was never gone. YESSS

The first time ever I have been able to fit in a day KM class. My partner was 6'2"+ so holding mitts for him was a bit comical but I managed. Practiced guillotines - also comical.

Spin class @ gym. Dialed it back slightly - high 3 intensity. Instructor handed out holiday goody bags (Clif bars ans SF gum). She's so sweet!
