Gym morning. Treadmill. Huh, this is about the extent of my running these days.
Circuit Training 25:00 [4]
- Heavy bag free work 4 min., x2
- Heavy bag swinging singles, 1 min. ea. leg
- 25 squat, x2
- 2 min. plank routine (leg raises, balance on opp. hand/foot, etc,), x2; then 30 sec. forearm plank, x2
- 2 min. jump rope intervals, x2
- 12 pushup, x2
Ooh arms tired, HB work does it every time. Shoulders feel fine though. Good - they took a beating last week in KM.
