In to work early to assist Race to Cure Lymphoma folks ("Master the Mound" race). Had a little time b4 they needed access to meeting room so knocked out a Hamburg/Katy/Greenway lap.

Helping race folks...then my security guy arrived so I went out for a slow little run. Just easing into things after not running very much for the past 6 months or so.

Race website refers to disposal cell as "iconic rock mound". Ha - love it!

KM level 1 and 2 classes. Only me and the guys in L2 tonight so extra physical, i.e. kind of got my butt kicked...but in a good way. Some deep forearm bruises and shoulder soreness but no other issues.
