Open water swim practice session for LSL tri next weekend. I forgot to start my watch so I have no idea on time - might have been faster? Have never done this type of thing before so didn't know what to expect. No issues avoiding other people, negotiating buoy turns, etc. and managed about 50% freestyle/50% breaststroke for the duration which is a PR for my pathetic swimming. Pretty fun! Had to chuckle - there was a safety boat person literally every 10 ft. or so. Nobody was going to drown, that's for sure!

Stick and puck @ St. Peters w/ son. Even though the session is technically only 1 hr., if the rink people don't have anything else going on they let you stay on the ice. Great practice for son - evaluations are coming up. He was pooped @ the end. I think my puck handling is improved.

Knew about the ambulance/bridge collision on the lower Greenway trail so planned around that section: Hamburg to Katy over Boone bridge to Hardees IcePlex and back. Just rode steady.

Jumped off the bike and threw on the shoes -- Hamburg to Lost Valley out and back. Felt a little rough at the end.
