Matson Hill loop plus Oxen Mill @ Matson Hill C.P. Was conservative on the technical sections and was very pleased with how smooth/easy everything felt. Fab trails!

My Interpretive Center team @ work was short-staffed this wknd so I offered to help cover our educational/exhibitor table for Wolf Fest @ the Endangered Wolf Center (not normally open to the public). Cool event, but we were mobbed all day so I only got a very short time for a fast hike/jog over to a couple of the wolf enclosures -- a surprising distance away.

Dropped car @ Subie dealership for oil change, etc. and took off for a little jaunt around St. Peters ending @ Lakeside 370.

Run (grass and paved) 29:54 [3] 3.12 mi (9:35 / mi) +25ft 9:31 / mi

Stashed bike and changed shoes for a o&b run around the lake perimeter. Pretty windy - saw a guy "land kiteboarding" (board was on wheels; he careened around a big field w/ kiteboard kite overhead AND wore a helmet). Looked crazy-fun.

Gym night. Not feeling very inspired, but a decent treadmill session after all. Speed/incline intervals.

- 2 min. jump rope combos
- hip adduction/abduction
- 18 pushups
- 10 Power Wheel roll-outs (but did 60 sec plank on 2nd because abs were still roasted from heavy bag class on Sat.)
- heavy bag stuff w/o gloves; hammerfist, round/teep kick, elbows, rising slap, etc.
