Hoped to do a trail run @ Silver Lake Park but not enough time so a little jog around a hwy rest stop on the way home sufficed.

Side note: my hotel in Terre Haute was PACKED w/ runners. It seems TH is home to the nationally known LaVern Gibson Championship Cross Country Course and there was a college tournament that weekend. Who knew? I didn't.

Trail run @ Mitchell Memorial Forest in Cinci area. Lovely woods and trail reminiscent of Matson Hill except less climb. Intended to do both loops (8-ish miles) but botched reading the trail map and ended up doing 2 laps of the first loop. Duh. Felt rather lethargic.

Finishing up 2nd loop @ Mitchell Mem. Forest. Not feeling the best. Then left town & drove to Terre Haute.

Jump rope (barely enough room), squats w/ 20# dbs, pushups (12x3 I think), hip adduction/abduction, mtn climbers, etc. Hot little room - super sweaty.

Biz trip to Cincinnati, extending into the weekend. Left early AM and drove. Low key treadmill run in hot/cramped hotel fitness room. Not the best for a Marriott.

W/ hubby out of town early in the week and then me out of town later, had to contrive a way to get my KM day in. Rearranged some stuff to do a rare day class. Got some 1on1 time w/ Paul which is always a good skill booster. Which I need plenty of.

Spin class @ gym. Substitute instructor asked class when everyone wanted the big fans turned on & the ladies in the back said they were cold (!) so it never happened. My interval grunts and pool of sweat on the floor were likely annoying to others so that probably won't happen again.
