Note

Sent in my request for wait list names to the PM folks - hopefully will be able to sell my entry. Unfortunately, a work trip has intervened again (last year too). Kinda bummed but totally knew that might happen, so a-ok w/ it.

Sunrise ride - from work, Hamburg to Katy to Defiance, then to Boone bridge to Howell Island and back. Pretty foggy on Katy, extremely low visibility @ Centaur Chute. Not very speedy - just enjoying the morning ride.

Forearm strengthening/flexibility routine - to hopefully improve my R inner elbow which seems to be chronically irritated (prob. from KM which is very hard on it).
