Orienteering 1:48:49 [2] 4.42 mi (24:37 / mi) +260ft 23:19 / mi
shoes: Icebug Ardor-L OLX

Oh yeah, I'm directing a meet next week. Guess I should start planning. Field checking & hanging tapes @ Broemmelsiek. 1m contours were disorienting @ 1st, but adjusted quickly. It's a pretty nice LiDAR map w/ some additional vegetation detail thrown in - getting close to a real O' map.
3 PM

Swim 15:00 [3]

Laps @ Rec Plex pool while rest of fam stayed in leisure pool. Then a couple jumps off the 3m platform.

Skating (ice) 1:00:00 [2]
shoes: CCM Super Tacks 852

Stick and puck @ Lindenwood w/ the whole fam. Oh, my skating is so rusty and my son's skating/puck handling is far, far superior. Which thrills me to no end!!!

Krav Maga 2:00:00 [2]

KM level 1 and 2.
