Sad to miss O' meet...early ride will have to do. Dark portion of ride in surrounding subdivisions, foggy/chilly and difficult visibility w/ lights. Rest on D right of way and CF road. Herd of 20+ deer and 2 owls!

Much to my great pleasure, hubby joined the KM gym a few weeks ago and is really digging it so far. Today was member appreciation day (2 seminars of gun/knife defense) so we decided to drop kids @ the grandparents and make a date of it. Good times practicing many reps of disarm techniques. Didn't think I would log the whole thing but it turned out to be plenty physical throughout. R arm held up but got seriously worked over since everything is done assuming the attacker is R handed.
