Slow laps @ Rec Plex pool w/ daughter who also attempted some laps. Did flip turns and they actually weren't too bad.

Grounds inspection w/ checklist. All around parking lots, up cell, cell perimeter road, a few areas of minor erosion, culverts, etc. Wish this was a weekly (or even daily!) thing. Enjoy being outside.

Bike from work to KM w/ stuffed backpack -- but one that was comfy and well fitting! Bike did great on last mi. of hwy ROW grass - super squishy mud patches/erosion channels/bumps/giant lumps of fescue, plus trash and a dead deer.

Ride back to work. Hwy ROW uphill - so slow! Only 3-4 mph. Rest of ride very delightful.
