Lap of the Lewis trail. Thoroughly enjoyed the snowfall and winter wonderland in the woods! I had a brand new pair of purple superfeet and made a last-minute decision to put them in my icebugs instead of the Hokas. Good call. No traction issues at all on the snowy/slushy trail. Didn't push the pace, just stayed steady and felt strong.
A full muck-out and cleaning of our chicken coop w/ many wheelbarrow loads of dirty/clean bedding hauled. That should count for something! Took hours but giving myself 30 min. in my log as a pat on the back.

WU then 6 one-mile hills (3% grade) @ 160-180w. Normally I strive for the top end of the zones, but I could definitely feel the spin class in my legs so could only keep each hill around 170w. Good effort though.

A few laps in Y pool plus plenty of off-clock goofing around w/ daughter.
A rare open evening suddenly materialized! Decided to try one of the Y's spin classes. Much more basic than Gold's Gym (no black light, thumping subwoofers, or massive fans) but the bikes were awesome. Brand new primo Star Tracs w/...power meters!!! So cool to be able to track wattage on a spin bike. LIKE

Quick scamper from spin class to KM1 & 2 classes - thankfully a very short distance between locations.
