Power Up - 1 mi. laps of a rolling course.

- WU for a few laps
- 3 "on" laps w/ all-out sprints up ea hill (short ones - 20-30 sec, about 5 per lap), "recover" on shorter downhills
- 1 "off" lap
- repeat a few times
- Sprints were Z6+ which was 350+W for me - pleased w/ that

Ugh - so hard. Sick to my stomach & didn't eat my recovery snack on the drive home so must have been a good workout.
