2 trips up disposal cell during Monarch Madness event. So many butterflies! W/ kiddos since John is out of town so not really on the clock. They had a great time.

S Rec Plex; rink A for son's hockey practice - w/ J out of town on a work trip until next Fri., time to get creative on workouts. Kid sports are every night of the week (not to mention h-work). Rink A is big w/ bleachers, steps & u-shaped "running track" on upper level. We can work w/ that! Continuous jog on upper level, many step repeats and periodic stops for sets of pushups and planks. Jammin tunes plus frosty temps - love it. Daughter hung w/ me for a little while which was cool too.

Slow but legit run on driveway/road. L leg still feels a bit "unstable" (not sure what else to call it) which is super frustrating. But on the positive side, I wasn't getting any clear signs to stop. Baby steps.
