7 AM

Run 3:13:53 [3] 15.01 mi (12:55 / mi) +938ft 12:12 / mi
shoes: Altra Olympus 4

Full loop plus at Lost Valley. Mid-loop, added 3 mi (total) O&B on northern singletrack. Pre-run: coffee, 1 Gu (birthday cake, which was delicious IMO), 1 pack Motts fruit snacks. During: just over 2 liters Roctane (mostly strawberry hibiscus, some summit tea) and one Salt Stick capsule. Felt great! Consistent energy and no tummy troubles. Enjoyed the one-stop-shop Roctane quite a bit. Only negative of the run was around mile 9 when I lightly tripped and somehow managed to catch myself using my broken wrist (was wearing the brace, but still). Dumb! It wasn't happy, hoping I didn't damage further.
