Run up to the golf course viewpoint via goodwin and mulehouse road. Back up Coppice track. Trying to make the most of the hills before moving home.
Found it pretty hard going until halfway up Coppice track on the way back. Feet went numb for a bit after the usual 30 minutes which always makes me feel a lot worse. After this I felt great on the way back. Running was strong but slower than I would have liked. Starting to regret my sedentary lifestyle.
