+ Warmup...

Wanted to run in comp-tempo, and so i tried... and kinda succeded. I felt it was neccecery to. I have to get in high-pace shape before the inportant competitions.

Just a test on the new roddmachine! Very good! Just made some tries getting the tecnique right. Then I did my best for 10 minutes. Ill try to put at least one training of this kind per week.

But ive should've trained more, but I didnt have time.

Running long (Treadmill - Distance) 1:15:00 [2]

Ran on the treadmill at speed [9] for 75 minutes.. So im really happy with my distance training.
+ It felt better than it did last time on the treadmill. I could run on higher speed for a lot longer time, So I think just these one and a half weeks of more running have got me in shape again. Now is the time to train hard!
+ I looked at maps while running. Mental trainng is good.

Orienteering race (Nattcup 6,8 km) 55:00 [4]

On the warm up I was like 90% sure that I'd have to stop somewhere at the course due to my "new" stommack hurt, I had feelings of it on the warm up and I was sceptical about wether I could run of not. I also forgot my compass. But I started and felt good, I was able to hang on the mass almost, but after a while I got by myself and the orienteering got a little bit tricky. But I reached the finnish, like 4-5 minutes after Max only, after all it was a good training.

+ The stomack hurt did never really break out as it uses to do.
+ For not using a compass, the tecnique felt good. Its all about concentration.
- I still had feelings of the "new" stomack hurt and It slowed me down a little bit, But im still happy that I finished without the hurt really breaking out.

Running warm up/down (Warm up) 10 [0]

Running intervals (4x4) 22:00 [4]

4x4 minutes. 90 sec rest. Ran randomly in the forest and on the field behind my house. It was really dark so it was a good cordinate traning.

- I wasnt able to do the Extreme in the morning, because of school.
+ I followed the scedule without any tweaks. Stomack [good].
