Note
weight:64.5kg (sick)

This sinus infection is really ugly. Still able to play but I sound awful and feel kinda gross from the neck up, with junk accumulating in my lungs that will have to get moved out over the next couple of weeks. My playing is probably prolonging it but I think I would rather have a couple of weeks of sick with play than a week of sick with no play.

Note

Bob got invited over to the neighbours' for Thanksgiving dinner. Carbon and I tagged along.

Biking (Mountain) 1:05:00 [2] 13.8 km (4:43 / km)

Went on a mission to find the new High Rockies trail, the so-far completed portion of what will be a 70 km multi-purpose trail (biking, hiking, some horseback riding on sections) from Goat Creek to Elk Pass.

What we found was a bit of a disappointment: a 4 feet wide, gravel path through the woods. I was dreaming of an epic singletrack ride. Instead, this will be a lovely trail for hiking side by side, but no technical mountain biking. It may work if you are simply looking for a long fitness workout but we got bored with it and came home. At least it looks like it will recover from rain quickly thanks to the very gravelly, rocky surface.
