some one-legged spins

5 x 4 min MAP, 4 min easy (goal was to hold a consistent 4-minute average for the five sets; held low E4, high E4, high E4, low MAP, MAP)
Legs felt a bit tired from the ski trip; first set was weak, subsequent sets got better.

10 min Sweet Spot at <80 rpm, taking turns on a team of 3 doing spin ups of 10 revolutions
Pushing the bigger gear at lower cadence was difficult as the leg muscles were tired from the skiing; the previous drill was able to use more of the cardio system.

10 min Sweet Spot at <80 rpm, taking turns on a team of 3 doing standing accelerations of 15 revolutions
