Pyramid of 1-2-3-4-3-2-1 minutes along the double track across from Rundleview Drive, just southeast of the forebay track and fortunately in the trees and out of the light breeze that made the cold evening feel even colder. Wore two long sleeved tops (icebreaker 200 and Norona) plus the red North Face shell & Salomon ski gloves but didn’t warm up on the jog from the CNC or even the first three intervals. Final felt neutral (instead of cold) on the 4-minute and could run a little faster after that.
A few inclines on the route, depending on how long the interval was and how far you got.
A good workout and it kickstarted the inevitable thickening of my thin summer skin.
