I really missed my elbow pads because so many trees are close to the trail. Managed to come away unscratched.
Still tired from the bike trip.

Entrails with Boney Elbows. The first part is too rooty to keep a rideable flow. Being off the bike so much took my brain out of technical riding when I hit the challenging descents so I opted to walk a lot of things. Some cool long rock slabs, rode some of them.
Came back via Rollercoaster, Lumberjacks, and Jack’s. Then took Mike’s Loop up for a change versus 50 Shades of Green. Expected Mike’s to be harder but it wasn’t really and was more direct.
Grinch Toes. At the top of Value Added, take the other trail to the right. A fun trail, still looking new and loamy in spots. Some cool descents, advanced but rideable if you were feeling On and gutsy. Had a fun ride down. It then ties into the last few metres of Icy Hole of Death. I would definitely add Grinch Toes to the list of trails to ride (could warm up on Leave of Absence and Rupert first).
