Quarry dog park to power line and up to intersect Grassi Lakes trail, across to Riders of Rohan, down and out the West Connector. Ran with full water for training weight.

Used 15 lbs for the 40s again, but did 10 reps on all sets. No issues but might be as much as the shoulders want.
Used 10 lbs for myotatic crunch.

A long slower easier run at 6 mph (still wasn't completely effortless, especially after the spin at lunch, but not pushing it) while watching the Mister Rogers documentary on the nice big new iPad.

Used 10 lbs for the myotatic crunch and it was good.
