Same as Tuesday but with a slightly shorter warm up and one more repeat on the way to/from the spot where I did the repeats.

Shoulders were fine with 12.5 lbs for the 40s. This seems to be the new weight.
Soon, it will be time to do more lower body stabilizer work for ski season.

4 or 5 times up the gravel path to the west of the curling club stairs. About 80 seconds per rep.
Still feeling some effects of a cold, so didn't want to load up too much volume, just wanted to wake the legs back to running after a week of biking.
