Stayed higher than the rest of the group on the first traverse and got into North bowl. Some good deep snow. Met up with everyone at the Ripper chair. Again, no big line ups for most of the day but this may have been because the gondola was closed for a while.
Found better snow on the skier’s right of the chair than we found on the left yesterday. Had a great time doing several laps on the skier’s right, finding new lines and good snow each time. It felt like a long run with a lot of skiing in exchange for a short lift. The group skied through lunch but then pulled the plug early. I stayed on and took Sandy to North bowl where we again found good snow. Then a lap through the glades to the far looker’s right of the Stoke chair, and then Sandy and Michelle called it a day too. I got two more runs in before the lifts closed. Went back to North bowl both times, and then finished with a punishing run down the bumps of Crystal Vision Glades, Pitch Black and Homerun. It kept snowing all day, plus some wind up high to move snow around, so the afternoon felt as good as or better than the morning.

Revelstoke with a large gang from Canmore and Calgary.
Crowds seemed low; hardly any line ups. Found some decent snow and had a lot of fun runs. Repeated a lot of the runs we have liked in the previous two years.
