Dirtbags.
Parked at Sheepdog Brewing and ran to Cougar Creek
Warm up loop of the bridges loop below the road, then 45 minutes of easy/medium/hard, changing whenever you reached a new quarter of the rectangle.
Didn’t push super hard because the brain was a bit exhausted from the layoffs at work this week, sitting at your desk for a 3-hour window and hoping your phone wasn’t going to ring with “the call” while hearing other phone calls strike around you. 20% of the organization let go and we’ve had it looming over us for about half a year.
I survived (and got placed in a new somewhat elite science group they have created; exactly what I hoped for).
