Lake Minnewanka trail with Carbon. Didn’t go as far as the bridge or Aylmer junction.
Nice bright sun and no wind. A few other hikers out, being respectful of social distancing ideals, mostly just couples, a few families and couple groups of four or five that were intentionally a little spread out. Not too busy but sometimes had to figure out how to pass each other. Everyone was cooperative and friendly.

Indoor spin at home with Carbon while following a 40-minute training video from Global Cycling Network, climbing a mountain pass in the Dolomites. Nice scenery, it definitely made me want to get outside riding somewhere.
Only about 3 minutes of warm up in the video so the first set was pretty hard.
Three sets with three intervals of tempo (for about 2-3 min) followed by 15, 30 or 45 seconds of hard. Finished with one last 1-minute interval of hard.
Kinda fun to be on the road bike again.
Followed up with 15 minutes of cool down.
