Started at Three Sisters end to avoid a larger amount of people at the Quarry parking lot, ran Highline (with a little out and back to see if Randy Savage was packed down (just the connector was packed, nothing across the creek and up the hill)) all the way to Riders of Rohan, then back along the power line and Loki.
Not many people on the trail, everyone was good about figuring out how to pass. We ran opposite of the typical direction and got to see several friends: Myka and Amik, Peter, and Phil V and Val. Had Melissa with us.
A really nice sunny day, warm. Nice to get out for a longer run.

Warm, conditions were fast, plus I forgot that I had my skis waxed with low fluoro.

It felt easier to hold the zones and push higher today versus the first time I did this same workout. Getting used to spinning again.
