Galatea Lakes - Guinn’s Pass - Ribbon Creek with Melissa, Gary, Carbon and Dave McNamee.
A beautiful set of trails, great scenery. Started early and avoided the big crowds.
Legs were tired from yesterday’s ride. Was pretty tired by the end and low on calories and water, but a great day.

Canmore to Lake Louise with Gary, Houda and his buddy Steve. Dustin joined us at Banff.
Got to draft most of the way. Wasn’t sure if I wouod be tired from previous adventures and was nervous about being too tired for a big run tomorrow, so I was careful to not dig too deep. Still had fun attacking some of the final hills; couldn’t resist.
Such a beautiful ride with new pavement on the whole 1A and closed to cars on the east half. Very few cars in the west half. Nice weather and great scenery.
