Follow up visit with Dr. Andy Reed.
He will send the referral to Dr. Mark Heard in Banff for ACL replacement surgery. We both agree that my lifestyle means I will want the ACL replaced rather than trying to get by and also risking another incident that would cause other damage to the knee (cartilage etc.) and lead to long-term issues (arthritis). That said, we don't see a need for me to wear a brace. Rather, get the surgery, get the ligament replaced, heal up well and trust the ligament.
MRI didn't show any significant damage to cartilage etc.

Taking a weekly rest day from physio exercises and spinning. I figured I would welcome a day off from the repetitive routine but I must be getting used to it because now I want to spin or work out.

Strength (Core) 15:00 [3]

Myotatic crunch on bosu with 7 lbs
Front plank 3:45, 2:40
