Out on Bow. Back on Moraine to the Meadow. Then west on Banff until the west end of Bow. Back on Bow.
Didn’t push hard but lungs seem to be doing better. Still don’t need to push it super hard.
Skins were slipping just a little on a couple of climbs today.

Lungs felt like they might be a little more clear this morning and I was keen to try an easy classic ski but by the time I was free later in the afternoon, I didn’t feel quite as energetic so I decided to wait another day.
