Guy Lafleur trail out and back with the decaf group. Right calf seemed mostly okay until near the end, then hurting a bit after. Feels like I’ve taken it backward in the recovery a little. Will take another break from the running for a little while.

Round the Mountain, Tora Bora, Coral Route, Shannon Trail, Rock Slide, Finnegan’s Bluff, Ohm My, Watts Up, Misdirection, Magic Line Descent.
The start is about 3-4 km of climbing up cat track that isn’t great but you forget about it later. Some rock gardens and some challenging climbs. Some flowy descents.
The final descent was a big machine-built berm line with big table top jumps like Half Nelson. Fun. It sounded like Shoodilley has some double jumps that are committing.
