Helm Track

Testing to see if the heel is feeling okay. Absolutely not, worst session in a while and quite sore afterwards. Running awkwardly so as not not land on my heel.

After a bit of googling, I self diagnosed myself with plantar fasciitis as it fits the symptoms exactly
