Legs recovered fine from the weekend Orienteering.

It started to rain at 3pm but cleared by 4pm. Got out around 6:20pm. Drove to library and dropped off the books.

Splits:

1404 1st lap
1330 2nd lap
110 to library

Ran the first lap at intensity 1 and the next at 2 & 3

Cool breeze was nice after hot day. Clouds darkened and it started to rain right after I finished.

Long Distance Course

No major mistakes. During 3, got confused a bit with the unmapped? pine trees boundary before hitting the path. Wasted ~4 mins on this leg. Route choice to 7 is questionable and I was very slow.

It was a very nice map and it is not too far form home so, hopefully, I will try to go here and do some training in coming months.

I was doing good until 10th control and I spent 26 mins (Wasted at least 18mins).

Downhill Sprint at Lehigh Campus.

My first urban orienteering. It was lot of fun. Did OK other than couple of route choice mistakes.

Got out around 6PM. It was crazy weather. Its switching between rain, bright sunshine, dark clouds quite rapidly... quite unique run.

Decided to slow down. Day before yesterday's fast run left my legs a bit achy and sore yesterday. I just don't want them to go sore again before the US Team Trials.

Will be going to see either Crystal Skull / Iron Man today. YAY!!!
