Nice run to Pollok park, had to do an extra loop at the end which means can do a bit further in Pollok park if I do this run again.
Was feeling sick before I left and it never quite went away until near the end- same for sore legs.
Enjoyed this run.

Was aiming for easy recovery run after yesterday. Glutes feeling sore.
Let my legs run at the speed that felt best- was a bit faster than I imagined but otherwise I think it would have been 100% plod
