orienteering (relay) 48:00 [5] *** 4.1 km (11:42 / km)
spiked:15/17c slept:8.0 shoes: o-boots

felt really good setting out, ran up the big hill to start with THE MIGHTY ShUOC vuvuzeala blasting away. hit all my controls cleanly, shocked when i hit the spectator control with a good field of people around me. everything was going really well until i messed up control 9. after then it was a desperate run round the forest trying to catch up with my 5minute error. felt quite good coming across the fields especially with everyone cheering my name (thanks guys!)
came back 10minutes down on what i wanted to do time wise.

BUCs individual day
very slow, probably should have ran during the week as my legs felt stiff and tired, may be from driving though. foot felt tight going uphill, causing me to lose motivation to run faster.
no major errors, just a bit vague in the circles, lot of 'I know its here somewhere' moments. nice course though.

10minute run 2km to circuits...few minutes late so had to be a run
60minute circuit session with about 49minutes of exercises 45seconds on/15seconds off
really hard session today! missed anwen as coach haha
jogged back ~15/20minutes
