run with my mum again
was planning on going for a long run but legs were so tired and was feeling quite hungoverrrrr so cut it very short.
may take tomorrow off

nice run with my mum again
pretty steady going except she made me do some hill reps on a steep hill so i didn't get any rests.

did 1km on the rower in 5minutes 46
exercises for arms and core work only for 20minutes. 45seconds on/15 seconds off

missed out burpees again ;) hehehe
probs will be paying for this when anwen reads this and makes me do a hundred when we get back

nice run on my own from cow and calf, onto burley moor then back to ilkley moor with twelve apostles, keighley gate, stone cross, buck stones, along the forest and onto addingham moorside.

bit muddy and slow towards the end but felt really good in the first 5miles

shoes: mizuno trainers

5 minutes on the bike- 1minute on level 2, 1minute of level 3 and alternate
legs felt funny afterwards, not used to cycling
45 minutes of exercises 45seconds on/15 seconds off-
arm exercises with weights, pressups
situps, crunches, back extensions,
chair, lunges, squats, leg raises, hitlers dog and some others
plank, side planks with and without pulsing, v sits, russian twists and leg lowers
dynamic lunges, star jumps, step ups and bench hops

missed out burpees and few others as i was feeling MISCHIEVOUS. also my CD ended

ate chocolate pretty much all day and watched tv in my pjs

spiked:9/12c shoes: o-boots

second leg and laura daniel on first leg came in in 5th but within a minute of the leading team so got to chase them down
steep uphill start but ran all the way OOOOOSH
missed 2 slightly, missed 3 even more but easy to relocate and fix my mistake, all going well. running hard
steep downhill, went very fast. thought it was all or nothing so fast leg.got sidetracked by a control on a hill that wasn't my control on a hill, quickly fixed as very close by and obvious.
fast run to the finish
probably only lost 3 minutes in errors, bit more in hesitation but good run.nice area
handover to anwen and broke my promise to smile at the end as i was very tired
team came 10th, lots of giddy girly group jumping around.
