bike 5minutes level2,level3, level1, level2, level1 for one minute each. i hate the bike. rowing 1km 5minuts30...feeling slower today 35minutes of various exercises
still feeling a bit under the weather 3 minutes on the bike. i hate the bike so couldn't be bothered with another 2 1km on the rower in 5mins20 15minutes on treamill situps, leg raises, weights, few other core exercises
