spiked:24/29c shoes: adidas swoops

don't know how i came back muddier than anyone else?

it was going okay, 1:7500 scale got me a bit confused on number 2 and messed it up quite badly

few mistakes and blips-overall maybe lost 10minutes. after road crossing just completely lost concentration especially after seeing anwen again. messed up 25 pretty bad after that and had to relocate off the finish...it was kind of on the way?

was feeling good until the road crossing though and really feeling the running bug biting again. which hasn't happened in a while!
