shoes: new mizunos
exercises were dips, vsits, squat thrusts, chin ups (in my case nothing, couldn't even hang there.stupid child arms.), situps, hopping lengths, pressups, leg crossovers and skipping.
first rep, running inbetween and 30seconds on each activity
second rep, 25 seconds on each acitivity
third rep, 15 seconds on each activity with running inbetween
so hot in that gym. i miss shuoc circuits :(
