then moved to park because it was too busy
soft terrain and 1minute on=1 lap so could see when I was starting to flag (rep 4,5 for first exercise were all a bit short of 1 lap)
5 reps of 1minute on/ 30seconds off
5 reps of 1minute on/ 1minute off
warm down bit of walking then 1 lap and stretch
felt gurddddd. Bit a lot surprised.
