run to pick up the bike

steady today and few stops to look at maps/get lost. standard.

oh god

the bike is not for me (thank god) it was massive. Had to cycle on tiptoes and get off at junctions because I couldn't stand properly. There was a baby seat and I kept knocking it when dismounting so the bike toppled over.

I wish someone had been with me to appreciate the hilarity of the situation.

warm up 2 laps of reserve
then moved to park because it was too busy
soft terrain and 1minute on=1 lap so could see when I was starting to flag (rep 4,5 for first exercise were all a bit short of 1 lap)

5 reps of 1minute on/ 30seconds off
5 reps of 1minute on/ 1minute off

warm down bit of walking then 1 lap and stretch

felt gurddddd. Bit a lot surprised.
