Orienteering race 34:32 [4]4.5 km (7:40 / km)
WIOL #3 at North Seatac: I had a fairly good run today. I messed up pretty bad on 1 and lost 2:00-3:00 and then had another large error on 14 where I lost 1:00-2:00. Other than those two mistakes I didn't have too much error. I felt pretty good running today and kept good map contact, but I am still not where I should be for fitness right now.

Thursday Nov 30

Road Running 48:25 [4]7.0 mi (6:55 / mi)
Ran double loop tonight up radio hill both times. Felt kind of slow, but kept a good pace going. Most of the snow finally melted off, so it was good get on the roads once again.
Rock Climbing (Bouldering/Top Rope) 2:00:00 [3]
Had a pretty good climbing session tonight. Did some bouldering to warm up while I was waiting for the rest of the crew. Climbed severl 5.9 - 5.10b tonight. Felt good. Did 3min of abs after.

Wednesday Nov 29

Raquetball 1:00:00 [2]
Played a few games with BB tonight. Lost all, but I will get him next time.
Road Running (Gerbal Style) 15:00 [3]2.0 mi (7:30 / mi)
Ran 2mi cooldown on the treadmill after raquetball. I hate those stupid machines.
Strength 20:00 [3]
Did some leg resistance as well as lat-pulls, abs/core, and dips.

Tuesday Nov 28

Rock Climbing (Top Rope) 2:00:00 [3]
Climbed several 5.9s tonight aand on-sighted all. Climbed a couple of 5.10b's as well. Felt good tonight climbing, but I don't like my new shoes very much. They are too big and don't allow me to feel the wall very well. Oh well, they were cheap and I can get another pair. My hand slipped off a hold tonight and I scraped my left fingers pretty bad, so I'm not happy about that, but a good session of climbing neverless.
