| Rode over to collonade with CJ. I hit up some of the stunts. Need to get some platform pedals for that stuff. They have some nice teeters and i was working on a nice skinny, but alot of the stuff is a bit too big for my tastes. Maybe I can work up to it? |

| Ride home from work, solo. I think this is my best solo commute time. Crazy thing happened on the way home. I swung out left to pass this mtb and he speeds up with no effort, so I couldn't get by before the oncoming trail traffic. I swing out again for a second pass and the guy guns it again, but I give ol' Jake the onion and finally get around him. Then a couple hundred meters later the guy passes me again. I couldn't believe it and then i took a close look at his bike and he had one of those lame electric assist jobs. I guess it's ok to get passed by one of those, but nothing else... |

| Ride into work. It got misty/foggy near the Sammammish river. I took a nasty tumble on the RR Xing. Luckly, I slowed down, but I should have slowed more. My bike got thrown into the oncoming traffic lane (luckly no cars were coming) and I was able to keep my feet under me, so no road rash, just a good scare. |

| 15:00 warmup up over the hill to the Green Lk. track. I did one set of 2x400m with 60sec recovery between at approx my current mile race pace. First one was 76 and 73 on the second, on the muddy cinders. My hammie held up, but I didn't really want to push it any more. Back up thru lower woodland around the zoo and back home. |
