Saturday Apr 5

Biking (road) 1:30:00 [1]16.0 mi (5:37 / mi)
shoes: Jake The Snake
Easy ride w/ CJ from Marymoor up to Woodinville along the Sammamish R. Trail and back. Nice ride.

Thursday Apr 3

Biking (commute, road) 1:01:26 [3]16.5 mi (3:43 / mi)
shoes: Jake The Snake
Ride into work solo. Colder than vanilla ice and MC Hammer out there this morning.
Biking (commute, road) 1:17:37 [3]22.0 mi (3:32 / mi)
shoes: Jake The Snake
Ride home solo. Nice weather, lots of peeps on the trail. I saw two tandems headed the other direction. That's got to be worth some points on the bike points game.

Wednesday Apr 2

Biking (MTB) 1:30:00 [2]
MTB @ St. Eds with the guys from work. Pretty easy pace with lots of stops, but it was fun. My legs were a little tired from yesterday.

Tuesday Apr 1

Road Running intervals 50:00 [4]5.0 mi (10:00 / mi)
shoes: Asics Gel 1120
Ran 6x200m intervals @ the GL track w/ Mace, Bone, & Skilz. It was tough. I haven't done speed work in ages. We had about 4:00-6:00 recovery between 200s. Skilz and I also had a 15:00 warmup and cooldown from/to my house. Good workout. Will be sore manana.

Monday Mar 31

Biking (road, commute) 59:34 [3]16.5 mi (3:37 / mi)
shoes: Jake The Snake
Ride into work. Had a stiff cold head wind on the north end of the lake.
Biking (road, commute) 1:23:26 [4]22.0 mi (3:46 / mi)
shoes: Jake The Snake
Ride home through some nasty weather. Started out sunny in Woodinville, but I could see the black clouds over Seattle. Had a stiff headwind again on the way home almost the whole way. Saw some lighting, had to stop and put on the rain slicker at UW. Started hailing just as I got home.
