| Ride at Ft. Ebey solo. Great tide, pushed hard and found some good new trails. Didn't see anyone on the trails except near the campground. This is a nice place to ride. |

| Rode Cherry Valley out past Duvall. Really good spot, nice technical trails. A little on the overgrown side, but really nice riding. I actually ate it near the end of the ride, but I landed into some soft ferns, so it was all good. |

| Ride home with Jerry and Scott. We had the "tripple nipple" going today. I think we set a record coming home today. Jerry was ripping on his Felt and put in some hard pulls. It's amazing how three people can ease the drafting duty so much more than only two. My legs felt the lactic acid burn several times on the way home today. Good stuff. |
