First trip with the new (used) packraft. Paddled from work out near VA point. Worked pretty well, but I'm going to exchange my paddle for a shorter one.

Row machine at the gym. Started off pretty easy and then picked up the pace.

One lap around base after work. Felt better than previous runs.

Aqua-running: Did ~5min warmup and then 10x (1min hard by 1min easy) then cooldown.
