Run up to the stop sign and back. Splits were 9:38 up and 8:48 back down.

Packraft in Liberty Bay from waterfront park. Paddled up to the head of the bay and then back.

Indoor rower: 1k warmup followed by 10x (500m hard by 1min recovery). My final 4-5 intervals were at 1:50. Back was a little tight.
