The morning row was canceled last minute due to heavy fog on the bay. I joined the group on the ergs instead. We did a 10min warmup followed by 2x (2500m intervals with 2min rest). I did an extra 1km at the end. My 2500m times were 9:54 and 9:58.

5min warm-up followed by 6x 1km intervals with 1min rest. Average 1k time was around 3:55. Cool down of 1km. Did some core after.
